WHAT IS CAMPUS LIFE?
Campus Life combines healthy relationships
with creative programs to help young people make good choices, establish a
solid foundation for life, and positively impact their schools. Campus Life
encourages a balanced life – mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially. Campus
Life seeks to engage these young people wherever they are found and reveal
Biblical truth as it relates to the daily living.
Campus Life directors work closely with local
teachers, guidance counselors, administrators, youth pastors and parents in
hopes of developing positive support networks for young people.
Campus Life exists in many forms. Anyone is
welcome at a weekly club meeting where students play exciting games and discuss
youth-related issues. A variety of trips (spring break, summer camp, skiing)
and events (concerts, superclubs) occur throughout the calendar year. Other
students may prefer smaller social settings and seek out one-on-one mentoring
appointments or small groups.
“As
Wabash Campus Life Director I look forward to sharing in life with students in
order to encourage and build their lives into what they were designed to be.
Campus life is less about programming and more about building positive
relationships. It is through positive
relationships that we are able to impact students in a greater way with the
hope we have in Jesus.” - AARON FRENCH (Wabash Campus Life Director)
