The Lady Apache 7th Grade Team won over the Peru 7th Grade Volleyball Team in a 2 set match with scores of: 25-18/25-17. The WMS 7th Grade Volleyball Team is now 7-3.
For the Wabash MS 7th Grade Volleyball team:
Alivia Short led with 7 Service Points, including 4 Aces, a Kill, 4 Digs, and 1 Service Reception.
Nicole Gunderman had 6 Service Points, with 3 Aces, a Service Reception, and 2 Kills.
Olivia Lindsay had 4 Service Points, with 3 Aces, a Service Reception, a Dig and an Assist.
Kylie Brumley had 4 Service Points, with 4 Aces, 2 Service Receptions, and 2 Digs.
Jordan Stumbo had 3 Service Points with 2 Aces, an Assist, a Dig, a Service Reception and a Kill.
Kylie Ray had 3 Service Points, with 2 Aces, and an Assist.
Brooke Bowling had 2 Service Points, with 2 Aces, and 2 Assists.
Isabelle Davis contributed 3 Service Receptions, and a Dig.
Allyson Dillon added a Dig and a Service Reception.
Kyndal Fields had a Service Reception.
Scores for the 8th Grade Volleyball Match were: 25-22/25-21, with the Wabash 8th Grade Team winning over the 8th Grade Peru Tigers. The WMS 8th Grade Volleyball team is 4-5.
For the Wabash 8th Grade Volleyball Team:
Hannah Kerr led with 7 Service Points including 6 Aces.
Delaney Truman added 7 Service Points with an Ace, and 3 Kills.
Lexi Westendorf had 3 Service receptions and 3 Assists.
Sydnee Osborn had 3 Assists and a Kill.
Taylor Johnson had 4 Service Receptions and 4 Digs.
Carmen Higdon contributed 2 Kills.
The Wabash Middle School 7th & 8th Grade Volleyball Teams will host the North Miami 7th & 8th Grade Teams in Coolman Gymnasium onWednesday, Sept. 16th @ 6 p.m.
