VB v McCulloch

The Wabash MS 7th & 8th grade volleyball teams defeated visiting McCulloch MS last night in Coolman Gymnasium. The 7th Grade Lady Apaches won in a 3 set match, 25-11/23-25/15-8, improving their record to 5-9. The Wabash 8th grade team won in a 2 set match, 25-7/25-10. The WMS 8th grade volleyball team is now 11-3. 

The WMS 7th & 8th Grade Volleyball Teams will be at home again tonight, hosting Maconaquah in Coolman Gym. The 7th grade match will start at 6 p.m.with the 8th grade contest to follow.

Leading the way for the 7th grade was:

Carmen Higdon with (12) Service Points, including (6) Aces, (5) Kills, (4) Digs, and (4) Service Receptions.

Taylor Johnson had a 100% serving percentage, with (8) Service Points, including (3) Aces, (9) Service Receptions, and (3) Digs.

Hailey Dean had (7) Service Points, including (5) Aces.

Sydnee Osborn had (5) Service Points, including (2) Aces, a Dig, a Kill, a Service Reception, and an Assist.

Lexi Westendorf had (3) Service Points, a Kill, a Dig, a Service Reception and (2) Assists.

Delaney Truman had an Ace, and (2) Assists.

Shayna Morgan had an Ace and a Service Reception.

Hope Decker had an Ace.

Hannah Kern had (2) Kills and (3) Service Receptions.

Grace Schoening had a Dig.

Trinidy Turner had a Service Reception.

For the 8th Grade:

Kiley Stone had (15) Service Points, including (6) Aces, (4) Digs, and an Assist.

Abby Vinopal had (9) Service Points, including (5) Aces, (6) Kills, (2) Digs, and a Service Reception.

Sam Irgang had (7) Service Points, including (4) Aces, (3) Kills, (2) Digs and an Assist.

Brooke Irgang had (4) Aces, a Kill, (2) Digs, (2) Service Receptions, and (8) Assists.

Mckenzie Hayslett had (4) Digs and (2) Service Receptions.

Kaylee Graf had (2) Kills, and a Dig.
